This immaculately restored farmhouse comprises charming fully-furnished self-contained apartments. Set in a tiny hamlet deep in the lush Tuscan countryside, the house has been restored with minute attention to detail and an appreciation of original features such as the massive chestnut beams, brick arches, terracotta floors etc.

Using Ficaiole as a base, you have immediate access to a host of attractive small towns and villages, many of which are still unknown to the tourist. Tuscany's major attractions such as Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Volterra are within easy reach.. Ficaiole is only 8 miles from the A1, Italy's main north-south motorway; thus Florence, Pisa, Bologna and Rome airports are within comfortable striking distance.

Comfortable Country Living in Tuscany …

Though the structure is traditional, the accommodation is modern and comfortable. Each apartment consists of large double and twin bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and bathroom. There is an entrance porch, and a roof terrace with fine panoramic views.

The furnishings are simple, discreet and tasteful. Everything you are likely to need is provided - linen, towels, etc.

Each apartment sleeps 4 people, and the sofa in the living room also converts to a double bed. A supplement is payable for extra visitors.
