Terms and Conditions

• Water, electricity and final cleaning expenses are included

• Central heating is not included: € 0,85/mc

• Cutlery, bed, toilet and table linen are included.

All rentals begin on Saturday at 3 p.m. and end on Saturday before 10 a.m.;
30% deposit on booking, balance due 2 weeks before arrival, otherwise the booking and the deposit will be lost;
Payment can be made through a banker's order or a 'Western Union' money transfer;
€ 150 returnable breakage deposit is payable on arrival
